At Imeca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging, unused, and includes all hardware components and manuals.

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items with the RMA clearly marked on the exterior and ship them to our designated distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
